  • Technical issues that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe

Eligible for Partial Refund

  • Project cancellation after work has commenced (refund based on work completed)
  • Mutual agreement to terminate project mid-development
  • Client-requested changes that significantly alter project scope

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Completed projects that meet agreed specifications
  • Client change of mind after project completion
  • Third-party service failures beyond our control
  • Domain registration and hosting fees (non-refundable)
  • Premium plugins, themes, or software licenses purchased for your project

3. Service-Specific Refund Terms

Step 5: Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to your original payment method.

5. Required Information for Refund Requests

To process your refund request efficiently, please provide:

  • Project Information: Project name, contract number, and start date
  • Payment Details: Transaction ID, payment method, and amount paid
  • Reason for Refund: Detailed explanation of the issue or concern
  • Supporting Documentation: Screenshots, emails, or other relevant evidence
  • Contact Information: Current email address and phone number

6. Refund Processing

Processing Time

  • Credit Card: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days
  • Other Payment Methods: Up to 21 business days

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.

Partial Refunds

For partial refunds, the amount will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed and delivered, minus any non-refundable expenses incurred on your behalf.

Important Notice

Initiating a chargeback does not guarantee a refund and may complicate the resolution process. We encourage direct communication to resolve any concerns.

9. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

Force Majeure

Refunds may not be available if project delays or cancellations are due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or global pandemics.

Client-Provided Materials

Delays or issues caused by late or inadequate client-provided materials (content, images, access credentials) may affect refund eligibility.

Third-Party Dependencies

Issues arising from third-party services, APIs, or platforms that are beyond our control may not qualify for refunds.

For projects already in progress, the refund policy in effect at the time of contract signing will apply.
